• ½ cup lentils
• 1 cup rice
• Tomato, paprika powder, cumin
• 1 onion, 1 garlic, salt & pepper
• 2 spoons olive oil
–> Cook rice with salt, cumin, coriander. Chop onions julienne and cook until caramelized. Cook lentils until half cooked, drain into colander, add fresh water and cook again. Add onion, tomato, paprika powder, mix gently, drizzle oil on top and serve with a side salad.
