Red cabbage, mushrooms, lentils, and cucumbers


For the mushrooms:
virgin olive oil drizzle
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 green onion, thinly sliced
chopped fresh cilantro
mushrooms, thinly sliced

For the rest:
2 cups thinly sliced purple cabbage
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tsp soy sauce
2 cups cooked lentils
1 cup cooked wild rice
1 cup chopped cucumber


Serve with chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, black sesame seeds, lime wedges
