Rosemary Mashed Root Veggies • 2 potatoes, 1 sweet potato, unpeeled• 1 carrot, peeled• ⅓ cup nut milk• 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped finely• 1 tsp dried chives• Salt and pepper to taste–> Chop and cook veggies, drain water, add rest of ingredients and mash.
