Rosemary Mashed Root Veggies


• 2 potatoes, 1 sweet potato, unpeeled
• 1 carrot, peeled
• ⅓ cup nut milk
• 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped finely
• 1 tsp dried chives
• Salt and pepper to taste

–> Chop and cook veggies, drain water, add rest of ingredients and mash.
