• 1 kg ripened tomatoes (or canned)
• 1 red paprika, 1 green paprika
• 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded
• 1 onion, choped
• 2 garlic cloves, mashed into a paste
• 3 tbsp. red-wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• Salt & pepper
–> Chop and blend until puree. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Accompany with brown bread toast or croutons
